GAME CHANGER -- Brown Rice!!!!

My big "cheat" today was adding creame to my Starbucks -- I'm screwed. I enjoyed 1/2 an avocado and a fruit smoothie with water last night. Today -- pear, apple, two banannas (sp?), 2 plums, tofu -- wow! I did find out that I can have some brown rice though and I'll be treating myself with some tonight -- I'm so excited!
