Not Everyone's Chili is "Famous"

So what's the deal? Whenever someone is making chili they feel compelled to call it "Famous."
"Tonight, I'm making some of my Famous Chili." Whatever.
Tonight I just had some of Tim Gillons's chili and it was quite good. I poured a glass of my "famous" milk to break down the spice.
